    Responsibilities

    The Maintenance Quality Assurance Inspector travels across the U.S. performing audits to ensure focus on safety, quality workmanship, and adherence to company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Inspector will, from time to time, also serve as a relief A&P mechanic.

    This job requires full time travel across the U.S. via air and ground.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Airframe and Power Plant License
    • Certificate of Completion from OEM Field Maintenance Courses for the Following Aircraft: Bell 407, EC-135
    • Minimum six years of experience (combined) in turbine powered helicopter maintenance
    • Minimum three years of experience (combined) experience with a FAR Part 135 Operator
    • Must be knowledgeable of applicable FAA FAR’s as it relates to aircraft maintenance and FAR Part 135 Air Carriers
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Demonstrated ability in a computerized environment to include Microsoft Office Suite, Web-based inventory tracking systems, Internet, E-mail, etc.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • FAA Inspection Authorization - preferred
    • Bell 407 and/or EC-135 maintenance experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aviation Maintenance Technology
