    Pilot Incentives:

    • $5,000 Additional Annual Pay
    • $2,000 Additional Pay Per Year for IFR once IFR qualified 


    All aircraft are operated single pilot in a highly dynamic environment during both day and night operations.  Pilots work with a team of medical experts who are extensively trained to operate as productive crew members in the flight setting.  Candidates should assess their ability to operate an advanced aircraft in a single pilot environment before applying


    Our pilots are scheduled seven consecutive days on and seven consecutive days off.  The shifts are 12-hours per day alternating with seven day shifts, seven days off, followed by seven night shifts. 


    To join our pilot team you must have:

    • Current FAA Commercial Certificate with rotorcraft
    • Helicopter instrument rating
    • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
    • 2,000 total flight hours
    • 1,500 Hours Total Helicopter time
    • 1,000 total helicopter PIC hours
    • 1,000 turbine hours Recommended 
    • 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided)
    • 200 Total Instrument Time (accual/hood/sim) 50 hours atual WX


    We prefer Bell 407 or EC-135 experience
