    Our Maintenance Training Specialist develops and implements helicopter maintenance training for new hires and current employees. Training topics include hydraulics, fuel systems, powertrains and powerplants, rotating controls and overall airframe familiarization with our various helicopters. This position also schedules and maintains factory training for employees and maintains course curriculums.  Travel across the U.S. is required with this position. 


    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • 5 years of helicopter maintenance experience (preferably Airbus) with a minimum of 2 years of civilian rotor craft experience.
    • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License
    • Experience with track and balance on main and tail rotor assemblies
    • Experience functioning in a supervisory, project manager or inspector capacity, preferred
    • Airbus EC135 experience, preferred
    • Prior training experience in the rotor wing industry and/or Methods of Instruction training (MOI) 
    • Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs
    • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License
    • Intermediate-level computer skills with an inventory system, preferably Ramco
