Supervises base clinical staff in conjunction with the Program Director (with the exception of FAA certificate related operational control). Manages an integrated clinical team from an ‘ownership’ (not ‘renter’) mindset and accepts responsibility and accountability for such.
•Clinical Scheduling and Time Management
•Quality, Credentialing and Regulatory Readiness
•Initial and continuing education
•Human Resource Management
•Oversees inventory and supplies and base level.
•Minimum 5 years critical care experience
•Maintains current licensure or certification in at least one state (and any applicable states)
•Specialty certification (CFRN, CCRN, CEN, or FP-C) within 1 year of employment
•Competent clinical resource; meets regulatory requirements for such
•Maintains clinical, professional and educational responsibilities of a flight crew member
•Demonstrates understanding and abilities for clinical operational effectiveness, human resource management, fiduciary responsibilities, fiscal management, data analysis, budgeting, risk management, leadership development, relationship management, strategic planning, marketing and communications, regulatory implications, project management and political savvy.
